Chef Kevin’s cooking classes are one of the hottest tickets in town! Each year, he gets creative with six themes (past subjects have included grilling, French fare, holiday dishes, BBQ, and more), welcoming guests into his kitchen for hours of learning, great flavors, and fun. Participants arrive in the afternoon and are divided into four groups, each responsible for one course—passed appetizers, appetizers, entree and dessert—working with Chef Kevin and his team to get hands-on with ingredients. Then, a guest joins you for the dinner you’ve created, and you’ll sit down for cocktails, wine pairings, and a delicious meal.
