Rathbun’s Experience cooking classes 2026 are one of the hottest tickets in town! Each year, he gets creative with six themes, welcoming guests into his kitchen for hours of learning, great flavors, and fun. Participants arrive in the afternoon and are divided into four groups, each responsible for one course—passed appetizers, appetizers, entree, and dessert—working with Chef Kevin and his team to get hands-on with ingredients. Then, a guest joins you for the dinner you’ve created, and you’ll sit down for cocktails, wine pairings, and a delicious meal. Your send-off is a special keepsake from the day, compliments of Chef Kevin himself. Our classes sell out almost instantly, so be sure to get on our waiting list to secure your spot.
